Institute for Attorney Oversight

     The purpose of the American Judiciary Institute of Attorney Oversight & Reporting is to assure that no American be denied his/her constitutional right to adequate legal representation.     

     By providing a platform and a voice for victims of attorney misconduct; we assure that attorneys be held accountable to their clients, rather than attorney friends at the State Bar.

     All grievances submitted to us are made public record and unlike the State Bar, we do not deny grievances, nor do we shield or protect the actions of dishonest attorneys from the public.  

     Our concern is protecting the 6th Amendment Right to adequate legal representation for all Americans; even those that are indigent, and our hope is that public opinion will motivate dishonest attorneys to conduct themselves in a more professional manner.
